Yes, each company profile has a minimum of five senior executive contacts, but due to each company’s preference in the naming of those positions, the titles might differ. (Examples: President, Vice-President, Regional Manager and so on…)

You can search the Directory by any field or keyword. (Industry, Company Name, Contact Name, Location and more...)

Yes, once you have selected the companies and/or contacts you want to send emails/faxes to, the application will send the emails/faxes hassle free.

Do you provide periodic updates for the BDS Directory during the year? 

No, however the 2009 edition will be available at a special rate for customers who have already purchased the 2008 edition.

How do I install the BDS Directory Management Applicatio?

Insert the BDS Directory CD in your CD-ROM Drive, attach the provided USB Security Dongle in any available USB drive and it will run automatically.
In the event the CD does not run automatically please follow these steps:
 
· Open My Computer
· Navigate to your CD-ROM Drive; this may be displayed as the BDS
   Logo.
· Choose the BDS.exe file to run the application.

Can I import my existing company database to the Directory Management Application? 

Yes, included in the BDS Directory Application is a Microsoft Excel sheet that contains all the required fields to standardize your existing company database. Once this exercise is complete all you have to do is import the Excel sheet to the application.
